JUDGMENT IS COMING

JUDGMENT IS COMING, yes indeed, it has come and is yet coming still.
A WORD FROM GOD - 4/16/09

(First draft – me trying to pour out to my own ears and eyes the fullness of what God is saying. I am not sure I yet have captured it.)

Matthew 26:45 (Amplified Bible)
Then He returned to the disciples and said
to them, "Are you still sleeping and taking your
rest? Behold, the hour is at hand..."

The day is soon approaching when the church will sit in judgment before her God. I believe that even now this judgment upon the church has begun to be poured out.

We, (the watchmen, the gatekeepers and the priests - the ones God has posted to guard and lead the flocks within the church) have been given a short time to humble themselves and repent of every unclean thing. Judgment comes first to the followers of God, and first among those to the leaders and watchmen. I believe that God's warning trumpet is LOUD and CLEAR to those of us appointed by God to function in these positions. God has by His will and Purpose placed us to move in His Authority. Here is my concern. There is much discontent among these of God's people, and I believe that this discontent has started with God's heart. However, I also see that our crafty enemy is using this discontent mixed with all the techniques that work best with each of us, to keep us veiled from what God is intending to do with this “uncomfortable something must change” stirring within us.

I believe that our enemy and all evil the authorities, powers, and rulers of evil in heavenly places within this earthly realm know that the end is coming soon. These forces are putting forth an even greater effort to distract, discourage, and disengage the body of Christ from moving forward and taking ground for Our Glorious Lord as is our right privilege and commission. The enemy would like to keep us tired, weary and asleep. He/they would like to keep our eyes out of focus and our ears plugged or ringing from the load sounds emanating from the trouble and struggle within our spirits - a very REAL battle in the spirit realm for our eyes, ears, hands, feet, and mouth.

I have repeatedly been washed over with the weighty heaviness of God and His Holiness and the judgment that is now coming upon His Body. Oh how Christ our Savior, our Lord, our Bridegroom longs to embrace His Spotless Bride, yet the Father sends the Holy Spirit to sound an alarm within us. We are NOT ready for this. We are SLEEPING.

We must fall before our God and truly ask Him to reveal to us the idols, unholy fires, unholy alliances (unequal yokes) in our own lives. We need to call to our God to welcome Him to break our hearts and make us holy. We can NOT call the rest of the body of Christ to do this before we do this first and continually in our own selves.

I believe we are in those days just before the great feast. I believe that in the spiritual "timeline" that we are in that place when the Master calls to those invited to get ready and come. If we do not respond, we will miss it. There will still be a feast – there will be a final global revival. Will we be part of it? If we do not respond we may be too late. If we do not stop making excuses, or complaining, or whatever it is we are doing that is keeping us from putting on our spotless righteous garments and setting aside all other things to respond to His call.

God wants us to leave the ordinary and move and obey. To be radically sold out to Him alone. The mess and bonds we submit ourselves to because these are “our weak places” are strongholds of lies deceptions, and fertile breeding ground for the sin that so easily entangles us. We just celebrated Easter. Have we forgotten who we are? Have we forgotten the Power of the Resurrection? Yes, indeed Jesus is coming again. I believe soon. But He is not coming to rescue us out of our struggles, or to give us an easy way home. He is coming to be united with a blameless pure spotless bride and together bring victory over all evil forces, bringing the fullness of redemption to the earth. How can a Holy God be united with a sleepy lazy embarrassingly filthy bride? He can not.


and yet … YET there is Grace and Mercy when we see ourselves for what we are, when we are broken, when we are fully honest and humble before Him. He does faithfully and securely hold us firmly by our right hand. (By the way His Hand is in our RIGHT HAND – representing authority – shouldn’t we therefore with all authority be cooperating with the Hand (Authority and Victory of God?)

How do we become a pure and blameless bride? Well, the word of God is full of instruction... the WORD of God is alive and active in the words of our Bible, and when we consume them (read these words with the purpose of letting those words effect and affect us), the WORD is alive and active within us.

Oh Church - Oh Israel - fall before your God, look to Him and Him alone, repent from the sin of pride, envy and complacency. Let us each first take the logs out of our own eyes, so that we may see clearly to lead, guard, cover, and watch with endurance eagerness and alertness to the moving of God.

When we sit before our God and His judgment over our lives, what will matter? What excuse will we give? Will it be but life was so hard, or I was so weak, or these evil ones prospers all the while I suffered? Will it be but I didn't hear You Lord or I didn’t understand? There are so many excuses, and we tend to lean on our excuses rather than present ourselves uncovered and undone before our God and ask for His Power to be made perfect and the work of the cross to be completed in our moral bodies and our immortal spirits/personage. Do you not know that you have died to the flesh and now are a new immortal spiritual creature, alive having been born anew into a new immortal personage/being/creature of Child of God and we carry His Glory and Glorious Power and Authority within these frail moral shells.

The Temple of God should be made Holy and just like in a physical temple, cleanliness and holiness is not a one time or intermittent act. It is an on going work. I think we too often forgot who we are. We forget who we are in our New Creature Child of God nature. A royal priesthood, and we should dress and prepare ourselves (inside out) as such, then conduct ourselves as such putting our confidence in Christ and moving in that confidence alone.

We MUST find a way to place our spirit, our soul, our body and mind openly before the judgment of God repeatedly on a daily basis. We must get our eyes off of ourselves, off of others and off of our circumstances, and instead focus and follow Christ. If we all truly follow Christ will we not be found in unity of formation, direction, love and power? Yes we will!

OKAY – regarding what I am about to right – maybe about all of what I have written here.
** I know this without being able to know this and yet I KNOW THIS. **

I know this.

God is urgently calling the "priests", the "watchmen", the "gatekeepers", and the “prophets” to a deep level of repentance (a change of mindset moved/initiated by God), to examine our lives with the Light of God through His HOLY Spirit, to remove and utterly destroy every unholy alliance, every idol - no matter how appealing it is to us, and the tear down every thing in our lives that rises up against the knowledge and will of God in our lives - all the seemingly “little compromises”.

He is calling us to take on the yoke of Christ. To be bound in Holiness with Him. On earth Christ’s Body is the church. He is calling us to be yoked in holiness with other Christ Followers. He is calling us to make and keep HOLY alliances and bonds; to be bold and unwavering in His calling and purpose, to be unified under God’s direction, and to follow obediently together. He is calling us to move and work together in holiness and with committed purpose. Although we might function in different rolls, unified/bonded/yoked together we press forward to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of us. There is much work yet to be done.

OH GOD MY GOD in Your Great Mercy - open our eyes, our ears, our minds - remove the veil - and like you did with Jacob (the deceiver) break us and let us see who we really are, so that we may be changed and renamed (being changed by our new name, living according to it with Kingdom purposes, always with the eternal inheritance in mind – imperishable reward earned only to give it back to you for Your Glory, Your Honor, and Your Eternal Renown). This is your work alone. Do this work with freedom in me first and continuously. May your Kingdom Come on earth, in me, in my world - THIS DAY!

I want to KNOW Christ and the power of his resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead.

YOUR will be done. YOUR Kingdom Come. YOUR Glory be Exalted Eternally.

When / as my world shakes, may I be found in You. Break me, shake me, and make me new again LORD.


Hebrews 12:26-29 (New International Version)
26 At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised, "Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens."[a] 27 The words "once more" indicate the removing of what can be shaken—that is, created things—so that what cannot be shaken may remain.
28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, 29for our "God is a consuming fire."[b]
